In this project, I managed a large-scale, multi-year digital transformation and migration project for an international corporation within the pharmaceutical industry. This enterprise-level project involved migrating multiple global country branches over to WordPress while simultaneously architecting, recruiting for, and building a 20-person international Support Service Desk from the ground up to ensure flawless post-launch operations.
Key Objectives
Execute an end-to-end infrastructure migration of sensitive data for multiple global branches to WordPress with zero operational downtime.
Design and build a fully remote, international Support Service Desk.
Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for the new technical team.
My Responsibilities & Leadership Role
