The Challenge

Reclaiming Brand Identity and Fixing Critical UX Flaws

The initial website build failed to capture the studio’s actual essence and created significant friction for users. Visually, the dense layout and heavy, dark styling clashed with the calming, premium wellness brand identity. Crucially, from a functional perspective, the site suffered from broken navigation paths—including broken service links that left users stranded on 404 error pages. To solve this, the objective was to completely restructure the platform: stripping away the visual clutter, fixing the broken architecture, and designing an intuitive, minimalist digital home that truly mirrors the peaceful, high-end studio experience.
